Admission Rules & Procedure
ADMISSION PROCESS FOR CLASSES NURSERY TO IX (2025-26)
- Fill The Enquiry Form (Online or in Person).
- Purchase of Prospectus from Admin office @ Rs.500/-.
- Student`s interaction with Section Head/Entrance Test.
- Registration and Admission Form filling.
- Documents Verification.
- Fees Payment including Registration, Admission and regular fees.
Note: Division/House will be communicate by 3rd week of March. Classes will start from Monday, 1st April 2024.

DOCUMENTS CHECK LIST
- Original Transfer Certificate/Original Birth Certificate.
- Photocopy of Last Report Card.
- Photocopy of Aadhar Card.
- Photocopy of Valid Address Proof.
- Photocopy of Cast Certificate.(if applicable)
- 3 Passport size Photographs of child and 1 of each Parents/Guardian.
- Fees Undertaking.
- Additional Documents (may be demanded, if required)
Note: For few documents like TC/Aadhar Card sufficient time will be given for submission. Admission may get cancelled at any moment due to non-submission of valid documents.

NEW ADMISSION CANCELLATION REFUND/ FEES POLICY
- One time payment like admission fees and registration is non refundable.
- If new admission is cancelled before start of academic session (before 31st March), 10% of annual School fees will be charged and rest paid amount will be refunded.
- If new admission is cancelled before 31st May, 25% of annual School fees will be charged and rest paid amount will be refunded.
- If new admission is cancelled before 30th September, 50% of annual School fees will be charged and rest paid amount will be refunded.
- If new admission is cancelled after 30th September, 100% fees will be charged.
