Admission Rules & Procedure

  • Application for admission should be made in the prescribed form available with the broucher cum Prospectus.
  • No admission will be considered until all the requirements are met.
  • Parents / Guardians must give an undertaking in the prescribed from that theywill abide by the rules and regulations ofthe school. in force, from time to time.

The following certificates must be attached with the application for admission :

a) 2 Passport size photographs of the child.
b) Birth Certificate signed by a Registered Doctor.
c) Photocopy of proof of Residence.
d) Medical certificate signed by a Registered Doctor.
e) Castecertificate in the nameofthe student from the competent authority in case SC/ST
f) Disability Certificate from Civil surgeon in caseofa Physically Handicapped child.
g) Last progress report from the previous school if applicable

  • Admission of a child is subjected to the prevailing rules and regulations and the decisions of theAdmission Committee will be binding on the applicant.
  • A transfer Certificate from a recognized school will be required when admission is sought for students from class 2 and above.
  • If a child comes from a different State, the Transfer Certificate must be countersigned by the concerned District Education Officer only a transfer Certificate from a recognized school is accepted. If a boy has come from a different country. the transfer Certificate must be countersigned by the appropriate offcer of the Indian Embassy / Consulate in that country concerned.
  • If a transfer Certificate is delayed as a result ofbeing sent for counter signature, a provisional certificate from the previous school may be submitted. Admissions granted will be provisional till a proper Transfer Certificate, duly signed and stamped by the appropriate authority, is submitted
  • When a ch i ld is admitted on a Transfer Certificate he will not be placed in a class higher than that which the Transfer Certificate shows him to be qualified in the appropriate month ofthe particular year. He will not be promoted before the end ofthe school year. There can be no relaxation in this rule which is a Government Directive,
  • No entrance tests shall be conducted for children of nursery, classes I & II
  • For fresh admission to classes Ill to IX, an admission test will be conducted and admission shall be given as per merit depending on the availability of seats.
  • The test will be of the level of the annul Examination of the class preceding the one to which admission is sought.
  • Admission will only be confirmed on payment offees for one term. Th is amount will be credited and adjusted against the first term's bill. The amount is not refundable if a place accepted is later refused.
  • Mere application will not confer a fight to admission.
  • Incomplete application forms shall normally be rejected. In class of vacancies remaining, the Principal may allow completion of the form later athls discretion.
  • Admission secu red on the basic of any wrong certificate shall be congealed by the Principal for with and no appeal against such action of the Principal shall be entertained.

Cancellation of admission and Refund offees.

a) lf any confirmed admission is cancelled due to any reason before the beginning of the term, the tuition fee may be
refunded as per the prevailing rules.
b) Admission fees will not be refunded.
c) In case of cancellation of an admission during the term period, the rufend of tuition fess will be calculated on pro-rata
basis.
d) The time limit for refund is 45 days from the date of application for cancellation of admission
